If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.  Custom orders cannot be returned and monies will not be refunded.  You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  Returned product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  For custom orders, please add an additional 3 days for artwork approval.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  Orders ship from Columbia/Lexington, South Carolina.  Orders will be shipped by USPS.  Delivery by UPS and FedEx is available if requested.
